Serviced apartments: 206 furnished one and two-room apartments for short stays in Heilbronn (from just one night)
Student apartments: 218 furnished one and two-room apartments (short-term accommodation: from three months)
Non-serviced apartments: 55 furnished two and three-room apartments for longer stays (short-term accommodation: from three months)

Fancy eating out from the comfort of your own home? Our restaurant with lounge and bar allows you to do just that. Open early to late, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake and, of course, dinner here.

Digital Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is as modern and flexible as our living concepts. From your initial contact and booking through to moving in and your stay with us, we are there for you 24/7 with our digital services.

Once you have made your booking in our online portal, you will receive a QR code or key card that you can use to access our premises. The digital door locks on the apartments can be opened using your key card, which can be obtained from our machines on site at any time. In the Quartier app, you will also find lots of additional information and tools and can contact us whenever you need to.
