The Rosenberg Quartier is the ideal home base for your studies: Our 218 one-room to two-room apartments with a kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and offer between 21 and 38 square meters of living space. They also boast free high-speed internet to help you fly through your course.  You can move in and instantly feel right at home – no need to lug heavy furniture around, no stress. Simply choose between a Standard apartment, Comfort apartment, Studio apartment or a room in a shared apartment.

And best of all: Everything is included in our prices! The rent includes all utilities such as electricity, water and heating, meaning that you do not incur any additional costs. Parking spaces in the underground garage are available to book as an optional extra.

The Standard apartments are small but classy. Suitable for one person, these 180 units measuring 21 to 26 square meters offer everything that a student’s heart could ever desire. The one-room apartments are available with or without a balcony.

The classic option for students: a room in a shared apartment with another three to four students. Your room measures 21 to 27 square meters and is your own personal retreat, complete with your own balcony. You share a kitchen, living room and roof terrace with your fellow residents.
