We are your new home in the heart of Heilbronn. That’s why we offer far more than just an apartment. We want you to feel at home here, so we offer a host of services free of charge, including the use of our fitness studio, digital parcel station, bicycle storage, and communal areas with roof terraces and study rooms. Add in our restaurant, laundromat, and event kitchen, and we have created the perfect home – with everything you need, right on site.
Restaurant Cäcilie
Open early to late, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake and, of course, dinner in our restaurant. It is the perfect place to get to know other residents in the Quartier or socialize with familiar faces. Our restaurant is open to everyone. Enjoy our exciting range of delicious dishes in a modern, urban setting where you will feel right at home.
General Resident Services
We are your new home. As well as our fully equipped apartments, we also provide a whole host of services to help you feel at ease during your stay. From the fitness studio to the laundromat, we have taken care of everything. Our offers are available exclusively to residents of the Rosenberg Quartier. Fitness Area
To help you feel your best, we offer free access to our first-rate fitness area. We have you covered in our fitness area.
Digital Parcel Station
Connected to the world – in the Rosenberg Quartier, we want to offer more than just a comfortable place to live. That’s why we also have two digital parcel stations on site. You can receive and return parcels at any time of the day or night using these parcel stations. These facilities can be used by all popular parcel delivery companies and the service is free for Quartier residents.
Laundromat
A home away from home. The Rosenberg Quartier has five laundromats with the latest washers and dryers. Through the external operator “WeWash”, we offer communal laundry facilities with a difference: Residents can book and pay for a washer and dryer easily via an app. The WeWash app also tells you which phase of the washing and drying process your laundry is currently in. Gone are the days of racing to the laundromat to check on your washing. Now you can relax on the roof terrace or in the lounge while your clothes are washed and spun.
Bicycle Storage
We love short routes and sustainable mobility concepts. Naturally, this includes bicycles. That is why the Rosenberg Quartier offers bicycle storage: a secure place to park your bike that is protected against the elements. Do you have an e-bike? No problem. We have a specially equipped room where you can charge your battery safely and conveniently.
Study Rooms
We create a home away from home for students and residents. To support you as much as possible during your studies, the Rosenberg Quartier offers special study rooms. Every floor of the spacious students’ building has a dedicated communal room offering a quiet space for you to learn in the company of your fellow students. The study rooms are available for all students in the Quartier to use free of charge.
Multi-Purpose Room
Our multipurpose room in building “C” offers plenty of space for events, yoga courses and social gatherings with friends. In its 70 square meters, you will find the right room and atmosphere to suit your needs. Would you like more information? Visit the Quartier office and ask for a quote.
Quartier App
Whether you have an Android or iOS phone, you always have a direct line to the Quartier management team thanks to our Rosenberg-Quartier app. To access the app, you just need to log in once with your user details from the tenancy agreement or the booking confirmation. You can use the app to submit requests and to report potential damage and problems. Whatever you need, you can connect with us via the app.
Quartier Office
The Rosenberg Quartier is designed to be a modern, digital home away from home for students and residents. However, sometimes you need face-to-face contact. Thanks to the Rosenberg Quartier office, we offer a central point of contact for all residents. If you have any questions or issues, our Quartier manager and our caretaker are on site and happy to help. This is also where you can ask for further information about our services, such as our event kitchen and the multipurpose room.

Cleaning
As well as making sure that our apartments are furnished with nothing but the best, we also provide the required cleaning services. The rental price for our serviced apartments includes a weekly cleaning service, as well as fresh linen and towels.
Parking in the Underground Garage
There is no need to hunt for a parking space at the Rosenberg Quartier. With 370 parking spaces, there is plenty of space for your car, and 35 of the spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations so you can conveniently charge your hybrid or electric vehicle in the underground garage. Are you a resident of a serviced apartment? Then you can book your parking space at the same time as making your booking. If you are a resident of a non-serviced apartment or student apartment, you will receive a parking space contract separate to your apartment tenancy agreement if required.
Event Kitchen
Cook and enjoy together. This is as easy as pie with the fully equipped event kitchen in building “C” of the Rosenberg Quartier. The latest design and premium equipment await you; enough to fulfill the desires of every chef. You can book the event kitchen simply upon paying a fee in the Rosenberg Quartier office.
