Serviced Apartments

Our serviced apartments are the perfect alternative to a hotel for short stays in Heilbronn. You can stay for as little as one night up to a maximum of six months.

There are 206 apartments available across three buildings. They are one and two-room apartments between 19 and 42 square meters. The apartments are available in the categories Standard+, Comfort+, and Studio+. Your apartment is cleaned once a week free of charge, and your linen is also changed weekly. We will be happy to provide an additional cleaning service on request for a fee. Parking spaces in the underground garage are available to book as an optional extra.

Standard+

Our apartments in the “Standard+” category, available with or without a balcony, are ideal if you are travelling alone or with a partner.
The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.40 m wide), and their own bathroom with floor-level shower. If you have any laundry that needs doing, you can make use of the communal laundromats. Offering the perfect mix of privacy and comfort, you will feel at home in no time.

These spacious apartments are barrier-free and come with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), and their own bathroom with floor-level shower. Besides the apartment itself, we also offer laundromats and a wide range of other services.

What’s more, our five “Comfort+” apartments are also wheelchair-accessible.
