Our serviced apartments are the perfect alternative to a hotel for a short stay in Heilbronn. You can stay from one night to a maximum of six months.

Student Rooms

The Rosenberg Quartier is the ideal home base for your studies: Our 218 one-room to two-room apartments with a kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and offer between 21 and 38 square meters of living space.

An innovative way to live and wash. There are five laundromats in the Rosenberg Quartier with the latest washers and dryers.
Through the external operator “WeWash”, we offer communal laundry facilities with a difference: Quartier residents can book and pay for a washer and dryer easily via an app. Wherever you are, you can always check where your laundry is at in the washing or drying process on your smartphone.

Study Rooms for Students

Not only do we offer fantastic apartments for students, we also have dedicated communal areas designed to support your studies. Building C has study rooms on each floor offering a peaceful space for you to learn in the company of your fellow students. These areas are free to use.
